1. Purpose of the Website

The TCC website provides information about trader development, financial-market education, TCC programmes, educational resources, market commentary, events and related activities.

Website content is provided for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on the website is a promise of trading profitability, financial return or investment performance.

2. Educational Nature

TCC provides trader-development and financial-market education. Website content may discuss trading processes, technical or fundamental analysis, market data, risk management, market commentary, trading behaviour and related educational subjects.

General website content is not personalised investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Trading-risk and educational-use provisions are contained in the TCC General Terms of Service.

3. No Brokerage, Investment Management or Trade Execution

TCC is not a brokerage, introducing broker or broker client-acquisition channel. TCC does not use the website to gather clients for a brokerage and does not receive brokerage commissions, trading rebates or referral payments for directing users to a brokerage.

TCC does not accept funds for investment, manage participant trading accounts, take custody of trading capital, execute trades for users, provide managed-account or copy-trading services, or guarantee trading outcomes.

TCC may teach users how to assess a brokerage according to their own needs and understanding. Any brokerage selection, application and account-opening decision remains the user's independent decision.

4. Programme and Service Information

Programme descriptions, schedules, prices, formats, availability and inclusions may change. The material terms applicable to a paid service will be presented before purchase or enrolment.

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute programme registration. A registration or enrolment becomes confirmed only in accordance with the applicable Programme Terms or Service Terms.

5. Website Accuracy and Timeliness

TCC aims to provide useful and reasonably accurate information. Financial markets, schedules, programme details and third-party information can change quickly. Content may therefore become outdated after publication.

TCC may correct errors and update website content when identified.

6. Daily Market Bias and Market Commentary

TCC may publish Daily Market Bias and other educational market commentary. Such material may describe directional bias, market context, significant levels and educational scenarios.

A bias is not a trade instruction. Market commentary is general educational content and is not intended as a personalised instruction to buy, sell, enter, exit, size or manage a specific trade. The applicable trading-risk provisions are contained in the TCC General Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original TCC website content, programme structures, branded frameworks, graphics, presentations, educational materials, diagrams, written material and other original works belong to TCC / IKEN Training and Development Services or are used with appropriate permission.

Users may view ordinary public website content for personal use. Unless expressly authorised, users must not republish substantial TCC content, commercially redistribute programme material, remove ownership notices, claim TCC material as their own, sell or sublicense TCC material, reproduce protected programme material for another educational or commercial service, or use TCC branding in a manner suggesting endorsement or affiliation where none exists.

8. Acceptable Use

Users must not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or misleading registration information, impersonate another person, introduce malicious software, misuse forms or communications, infringe intellectual property rights, or misuse another person's personal information.

TCC may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, participants or operations.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to independent third-party websites or services. A link does not by itself constitute a guarantee, endorsement or affiliation.

TCC does not share participant personal information with brokerages for broker marketing, client acquisition or account opening. If a user independently visits a brokerage or other third-party website, information submitted there is collected under that third party's own terms and privacy practices.

Operational service providers used by TCC to run its website, CRM, LMS, communications or other internal systems are described in the TCC Privacy Notice.

10. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with the TCC Privacy Notice. Necessary service communications are separate from optional marketing communications.

11. Website Availability

TCC does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. Access may be affected by maintenance, hosting providers, internet connectivity, security issues or circumstances outside TCC's reasonable control.

12. Electronic Transactions and Records

Where registrations, agreements, acknowledgements or other transactions are completed electronically, TCC may retain records reasonably necessary to evidence the transaction, applicable terms and version identifiers, subject to the TCC Privacy Notice.

13. Consumer Rights and Responsibility

Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or restricts a right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

Users remain responsible for their independently made trading and financial decisions. TCC does not guarantee profitability or a particular outcome from use of educational website content.

14. Changes to These Website Terms

TCC may update these Website Terms when the website, services or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain identifiable.

15. Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
