The Launch Pad Programme Terms

1. Programme Scope

The Launch Pad ("TLP") is a practical trader-development programme designed to help participants apply TCC trading-process concepts in a structured learning environment.

The programme may include guided market preparation, analysis, simulated exercises, trade-planning activities, facilitated reviews and other practical learning activities. It does not guarantee live-trading readiness, profitability or a particular trading outcome.

2. Eligibility and Prerequisites

Participants must be 18 years old or older.

Unless TCC expressly approves otherwise, participation requires prior completion or attendance of the applicable Be Market Ready! requirement communicated by TCC.

TCC may require completion of a separate programme waiver, acknowledgement or readiness form before attendance. Such acknowledgement does not remove any mandatory consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Enrolment and Confirmation

Submitting an enrolment or registration request does not itself guarantee admission. Participation becomes confirmed when TCC communicates acceptance and any stated prerequisite, payment or administrative requirement has been completed.

TCC may limit cohort or session capacity to preserve the practical learning environment.

4. Programme Format and Participation

TLP is designed for active participation. Participants are expected to follow reasonable facilitator instructions, complete practical exercises and maintain respectful conduct.

Failure to participate, complete activities or attend scheduled sessions may reduce the educational value received and does not by itself create an entitlement to a refund or private replacement session.

5. Demo and Simulated Learning Environment

The default training environment may use demo, simulated or educational market scenarios. Simulated results do not reproduce all conditions of live trading and do not guarantee comparable live results.

TCC may demonstrate or discuss live market conditions as part of education. This does not require a participant to place a live trade or risk personal funds.

6. Personal Trading Accounts

Any personal trading account is opened, funded and controlled by the participant. TCC does not take custody of participant funds, operate the account or execute trades for the participant.

If a participant independently chooses to use a personal funded account during or after the programme, all trade decisions, position sizes and financial consequences remain the participant's responsibility. No facilitator instruction should be understood as requiring a participant to risk money they do not wish to risk.

7. Trading Exercises and Educational Examples

Programme activities may discuss potential entries, exits, stop-loss concepts, targets, position sizing, market levels or trade management for educational purposes. These exercises are not personalised trade instructions and do not guarantee outcomes.

The trading-risk provisions in the TCC General Terms of Service apply throughout the Programme. Participants must apply independent judgment to any personal trading decision.

8. Brokerage Independence, Referrals and Data Boundaries

TCC is not a brokerage, introducing broker, broker affiliate or broker client-acquisition channel. TCC does not receive commissions, trading rebates or referral payments from brokerages and does not use this Programme to gather clients for any brokerage.

TCC may teach participants how to assess or qualify a brokerage according to their own needs and understanding. Any brokerage selection, application or account-opening decision is made independently by the participant. TCC does not share participant information with brokerages for marketing, account opening or client acquisition.

If a participant independently visits or registers through a brokerage website or application page, information provided there is collected directly by that brokerage under its own terms and privacy practices. TCC is not involved in that independent data collection.

TCC may separately operate a Marketing Partner Programme through which community members or approved partners refer prospective participants to TCC educational services and may receive a programme-specific reward following a qualifying TCC purchase. That programme does not involve brokerage referrals, brokerage rebates or compensation from a brokerage.

9. Programme Materials and Intellectual Property

TLP may include protected frameworks, facilitator materials, exercises, worksheets, diagrams and demonstrations. Access is for the registered participant's personal educational use only.

Participants must not record, screen-record, systematically capture, reproduce, redistribute, upload, resell or use protected programme content to create another educational or commercial service without express written permission.

10. TCC Recording and Event Data

Where TCC records a session or captures identifiable participant audio, video, images, attendance or participation data, TCC will provide appropriate notice and process the information for the stated purpose under the TCC Privacy Notice.

Operational records, learning administration and marketing use are not automatically treated as the same purpose. Where a separate permission is required for promotional use, TCC will handle it separately.

11. Programme Conduct

Participants must protect private access links and other participants' personal information, must not distribute unauthorised signals or commercial promotions through programme channels, and must not materially disrupt the learning environment.

Serious or repeated misconduct may result in restricted or terminated access, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the circumstances of the case.

12. Schedule Changes and Service Disruption

TCC may make reasonable changes to facilitator assignment, activity sequence, platform, examples or supporting materials. If a material TCC-caused change prevents a participant from reasonably receiving a paid service, TCC will provide an appropriate remedy under the applicable enrolment conditions and mandatory consumer rights.

13. Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Terms

TCC provides a five (5) calendar-day cooling-off period following confirmed paid enrolment. The cooling-off period begins on the date TCC confirms enrolment and receives the applicable programme payment, whichever occurs later. During this period, the participant may cancel for any reason and request a full refund of the programme fee paid.

After the cooling-off period, programme fees are not ordinarily refundable solely because of change of mind or voluntary withdrawal. A participant may request one transfer to another available equivalent TLP cohort or schedule if the request is received at least seven (7) calendar days before programme commencement. Later transfer requests may be considered in TCC's reasonable discretion, subject to capacity and resources already committed. Once the programme has commenced, change-of-mind refunds are not ordinarily provided. These rules do not limit mandatory consumer remedies where TCC fails to provide the programme as contracted or applicable law otherwise requires a remedy.

14. Completion

Completion of The Launch Pad means only that the participant met the completion criteria communicated by TCC. It is not a government licence, professional accreditation, financial-services authorisation, guarantee of competence or guarantee of profitability.

15. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Programme Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
