IMPORTANT - These Programme Terms apply together with the TCC General Terms of Service, TCC Privacy Notice and Complaints & Customer Support Policy. The trading-risk and educational-use provisions applicable to BMR are contained in the TCC General Terms of Service. If these Programme Terms expressly provide a different rule for this Programme, that rule applies only to the relevant Programme-specific matter.
1. Programme Scope
Be Market Ready! ("BMR") is a trader-development and financial-market education programme. These Programme Terms apply to both paid and complimentary BMR sessions.
BMR is designed as an introductory/standalone learning session. It does not certify, accredit or guarantee that a participant is ready to trade live capital or will achieve a particular trading result.
2. Eligibility
BMR is available to persons 18 years old or older. Registration information must be accurate and must relate to the person who will attend unless TCC has expressly approved another arrangement.
3. Registration and Confirmation
Submitting a BMR registration form is a request to participate. A place becomes confirmed only when TCC communicates confirmation or acceptance for the relevant session.
Selecting a session does not by itself reserve a place unless TCC expressly operates a seat-hold mechanism. TCC may close registration when capacity is reached or for reasonable operational reasons.
4. Paid Sessions
Where a BMR fee applies, the applicable price will be shown before payment. Paid registration will normally be confirmed after successful payment is verified.
The price displayed for the selected session is the price applicable to that transaction. Future BMR pricing may change without altering an already confirmed paid registration.
5. Complimentary Sessions
TCC may offer selected BMR sessions on a complimentary basis. Complimentary access applies only to the relevant session or campaign, is subject to availability, does not permanently change BMR pricing, and does not create an entitlement to future complimentary access.
Where no programme fee was paid, there is no monetary amount to refund. A participant who cannot attend may request a transfer to another available complimentary session, but transfer is not guaranteed.
6. Participant Cancellation - Paid Sessions
At least 24 hours before the scheduled session: the participant may request either transfer to another available equivalent BMR session or a refund of the programme fee.
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: a refund is not ordinarily provided. TCC may allow one transfer where circumstances reasonably justify it and capacity permits.
No-show without notice: the session is normally treated as used and no refund is ordinarily provided.
These rules do not remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies where TCC fails to provide the purchased service as agreed or applicable law otherwise requires a remedy.
7. Cancellation or Material Rescheduling by TCC
If TCC cancels a paid BMR session and cannot provide the service as agreed, the participant may choose transfer to another suitable BMR session or refund of the applicable session fee.
If TCC materially changes the scheduled date or time and the participant cannot reasonably attend, the same options apply. For a complimentary session, TCC may offer another available session.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated by TCC within seven (7) business days where reasonably practicable. Actual crediting time may depend on the payment provider, bank or payment method. Refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where practicable.
9. Session Delivery and Technology
BMR may be delivered live online or through selected face-to-face sessions as stated for the relevant session. Online participants are responsible for suitable internet access and equipment.
TCC may make reasonable operational changes, including facilitator, platform, venue or sequencing changes, provided the core educational service is not materially removed.
10. Programme Conduct and Protected Content
Participants must behave respectfully and must not materially interfere with another person's learning, privacy or safety.
Unless TCC expressly authorises it, participants must not record, screen-record, systematically capture, reproduce or redistribute restricted BMR teaching content or protected programme materials. Ordinary personal learning notes are permitted.
11. Trading Decisions and Personal Accounts
BMR provides education only. Any decision to open or fund a personal trading account, place a trade or use a broker remains the participant's decision and responsibility. TCC does not take custody of participant trading funds or operate participant accounts under BMR.
The trading-risk provisions in the TCC General Terms of Service apply to all BMR market examples, strategies, demonstrations and trading-related discussion.
12. Brokerage Independence, Referrals and Data Boundaries
TCC is not a brokerage, introducing broker, broker affiliate or broker client-acquisition channel. TCC does not receive commissions, trading rebates or referral payments from brokerages and does not use this Programme to gather clients for any brokerage.
TCC may teach participants how to assess or qualify a brokerage according to their own needs and understanding. Any brokerage selection, application or account-opening decision is made independently by the participant. TCC does not share participant information with brokerages for marketing, account opening or client acquisition.
If a participant independently visits or registers through a brokerage website or application page, information provided there is collected directly by that brokerage under its own terms and privacy practices. TCC is not involved in that independent data collection.
TCC may separately operate a Marketing Partner Programme through which community members or approved partners refer prospective participants to TCC educational services and may receive a programme-specific reward following a qualifying TCC purchase. That programme does not involve brokerage referrals, brokerage rebates or compensation from a brokerage.
13. Programme Communications
TCC may send registration confirmation, access details, reminders, schedule changes and support communications necessary to administer BMR. These service communications are separate from optional marketing.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Programme Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
