21-Day Trader Habit Builder Programme Terms

Version 1.1 · Effective September 2026

IMPORTANT - These Programme Terms apply together with the TCC General Terms of Service, TCC Privacy Notice and Complaints & Customer Support Policy. The trading-risk and educational-use provisions applicable to this Programme are contained in the TCC General Terms of Service. If these Programme Terms expressly provide a different rule for this Programme, that rule applies only to the relevant Programme-specific matter.

1. Programme Scope

The 21-Day Trader Habit Builder is a structured trader-development programme intended to help participants practise routines, preparation, decision-making, risk awareness and consistent process over a defined 21-day learning cycle.

The phrase "21-Day" describes the programme structure. It is not a promise that a permanent habit will be formed within 21 days, nor does participation guarantee trading competence or profitability.

2. Eligibility and Enrolment

Participants must be 18 years old or older. Enrolment becomes confirmed when TCC communicates confirmation and, where applicable, verifies payment.

Cohort places may be limited. TCC may close enrolment when capacity is reached or where necessary to preserve programme delivery quality.

3. Active Participation

The programme is designed around active participation, repeated practice and completion of relevant exercises, routines or learning activities. Progress depends in part on the participant's own engagement and continued application.

Failure to attend, practise or complete activities does not by itself create an entitlement to a refund, replacement programme or guaranteed result.

4. Five-Day Cooling-Off Period

TCC provides a five (5) calendar-day cooling-off period following confirmed enrolment.

The cooling-off period begins on the date TCC confirms the participant's enrolment and receives the applicable programme payment, whichever occurs later. During this period, the participant may cancel for any reason and request a full refund of the programme fee paid.

The cancellation request must be submitted through an official TCC support channel before the cooling-off period expires.

5. Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period

After the five-day cooling-off period, programme fees are not ordinarily refundable solely because a participant changes their mind, decides not to participate, experiences a personal scheduling change, or voluntarily withdraws.

This policy reflects resources that may already have been committed following confirmed enrolment, including programme capacity, facilitator preparation, staff administration, participant onboarding and learning resources.

This clause does not limit mandatory consumer remedies where TCC fails to provide the programme as contracted or applicable law otherwise requires a remedy.

6. Transfer to Another Cohort

After the cooling-off period, a participant may request one transfer to another available equivalent 21-Day Trader Habit Builder cohort.

A transfer request must normally be received at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled commencement of the original cohort. Transfers are subject to availability, may be used once per paid enrolment and do not create an entitlement to a cash refund.

Where the replacement cohort carries a higher fee, the participant may be required to pay the difference. Where it carries a lower fee, the treatment of the difference will be communicated before the transfer is accepted.

7. Late Transfer Requests

A transfer request received less than seven (7) calendar days before programme commencement may be considered based on the circumstances, available capacity and resources already committed. Approval is discretionary and is not guaranteed.

TCC may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies, serious illness or other circumstances that reasonably justify special consideration.

8. Withdrawal After Programme Commencement

Once the programme has commenced, a participant is not ordinarily entitled to a refund or guaranteed transfer because of change of mind, non-attendance, incomplete attendance, personal scheduling conflicts, voluntary withdrawal or failure to complete programme activities.

A participant's decision not to use or complete educational services made available to them does not by itself create a refund entitlement.

9. Cancellation or Material Change by TCC

If TCC cancels a paid cohort and cannot reasonably provide the educational service purchased, the participant may choose transfer to another suitable cohort or a full refund of the applicable programme fee.

If TCC materially changes the schedule or delivery arrangements and the change prevents the participant from reasonably participating, TCC will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include transfer, alternative access or refund depending on the circumstances.

10. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, TCC will initiate it within seven (7) business days where reasonably practicable. Actual crediting time may depend on the bank, payment provider or payment method. Refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where practicable.

11. Programme Activities and Community

The programme may include guided routines, exercises, journals, market preparation, educational strategy examples, group discussions, facilitator feedback and private cohort communications.

Participants must use community spaces respectfully, protect other participants' personal information and must not use programme channels to sell unauthorised trading signals, financial products or unrelated commercial services.

12. Demo, Personal Accounts and Trading Decisions

TCC may use demo or simulated environments for learning. Simulated results do not guarantee live performance.

Any personal trading account is opened, funded and controlled by the participant. TCC does not take custody of funds or operate participant accounts. Educational examples, price levels, stops, targets and trade-management concepts are illustrations and not automatic instructions to place live trades.

The trading-risk provisions in the TCC General Terms of Service apply to all trading-related programme content and examples.

13. Brokerage Independence, Referrals and Data Boundaries

TCC is not a brokerage, introducing broker, broker affiliate or broker client-acquisition channel. TCC does not receive commissions, trading rebates or referral payments from brokerages and does not use this Programme to gather clients for any brokerage.

TCC may teach participants how to assess or qualify a brokerage according to their own needs and understanding. Any brokerage selection, application or account-opening decision is made independently by the participant. TCC does not share participant information with brokerages for marketing, account opening or client acquisition.

If a participant independently visits or registers through a brokerage website or application page, information provided there is collected directly by that brokerage under its own terms and privacy practices. TCC is not involved in that independent data collection.

TCC may separately operate a Marketing Partner Programme through which community members or approved partners refer prospective participants to TCC educational services and may receive a programme-specific reward following a qualifying TCC purchase. That programme does not involve brokerage referrals, brokerage rebates or compensation from a brokerage.

14. Protected Programme Content

Programme materials, exercises, journals, frameworks, diagrams, videos, recordings, branded terminology and related resources may contain protected TCC intellectual property and are provided for the participant's personal educational use.

Unless expressly authorised, participants must not record restricted sessions, screen-record protected content, systematically capture slides, redistribute resources, share private access links, resell programme material or reproduce the programme as another educational or commercial service.

15. Completion and Outcomes

Completion means only that the participant met the completion criteria communicated by TCC. It does not mean a permanent habit has been formed, that the participant is ready to trade live capital, or that TCC guarantees profitability or any particular trading result.

16. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Programme Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
